Delivery area

Revelloa currently delivers to addresses in Malta and Gozo.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is free for Malta and Gozo. Any available additional delivery service or charge will be shown clearly before checkout.

Estimated delivery time

Orders are fulfilled from EU stock through our fulfilment partner. The current estimated delivery time is 4–7 days from order confirmation. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption and unusually high order volumes may cause delays.

Order processing and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address supplied during checkout. Tracking information will be sent when it is available from the carrier.

Delivery details

Please check your name, address, postcode and contact details before placing the order. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery or return, additional delivery costs may apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived after the estimated period, or it arrives damaged, email revelloa.store@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
