Revelloa operates this store and is responsible for personal information processed through it. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may collect your name, email address, billing and delivery address, order details, payment confirmation, communications with us, device information, IP address, cookie identifiers and website activity.

Payment-card information is processed by Shopify and the selected payment provider. Revelloa does not receive your complete card number.

How we use information

• Process payments, fulfil and deliver orders, provide updates and handle returns.

• Answer questions and provide customer support.

• Protect the store, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

• Improve the website and measure performance.

Service providers and fulfilment

We share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, analytics and advertising providers where consent applies, our product fulfilment partner and delivery carriers. Your name, delivery address and contact details may be shared with the fulfilment partner and carrier so they can prepare and deliver your order.

Some providers may process information outside Malta or the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used.
